How do I get my number and registration packet?
Please check the website after August 1st for packet pickup locations. Runners &
Riders must have raised their minimum amounts to pick up their numbers and packets.
All runners will be issued a timing chip with their packets that must be returned
at the conclusion of the race.
When is the last day to register?
Wednesday, September 28th, 2011
You must register prior to or at a LIVELONG Benefiting LIVESTRONG
Packet Pickup Location to pick up your rider numbers.
All run or ride participants are required to pick up the packet at a scheduled
LIVELONG Benefiting LIVESTRONG Packet Pick up Location
Day of registration for the Walk and Family Bike Ride ONLY. For all other events,
Participants must have picked up their numbers and packets at a scheduled packet
pickup.
If you register at a LIVELONG Benefiting LIVESTRONG
Packet Pickup Location, you are required to pay your registration fee plus your
fundraising minimum.
What is the minimum pledge?
The minimum pledge for each event is the starting point to help us raise much needed
funds, but we encourage all participants to set higher goals for fundraising.
We offer a variety of fundraising incentives to reward you for your efforts, but
the best reward is to know that you have stepped up in the fight against cancer
for our community.
What do I get when I register?
- E-mail confirmation with your username and password to gain access to your Participant
Center
- When you pick up your packet at one of the scheduled LIVELONG Benefiting
LIVESTRONG Packet Pickups, you will receive a t-shirt & goodie
bag (loaded with sponsor coupons and giveaways!)
How do I fundraise?
Once you register you will receive your user name and password for your participant
center. You can then set up your own personal page with a customized message and
picture of why you choose to be involved. You can e-mail a link to this page to
all of your family and friends asking them to donate to you. All online donations
are routed through a secure site directly into your own personal fundraising account.
How can I Join or Form a Team?
Please make sure to click either "Form a Team" or "Join a Team"
at the time of your registration.
Can I be added to a team if I didn't indicate I was on a team when I registered?
You can be added to a team anytime by calling 954-644-4006 or via email at juliealbert@zadv.com
When do I turn in my donations?
All year round you can either mail or drop off donations to LIVELONG
Benefiting LIVESTRONG during office hours (M-F from 8am-7pm):

Where can I get a donation tracking form?
Donation tracking and other forms can be found on the
donations page.
How can my company sponsor this event?
Show your community support by sponsoring at any level! In-kind products and services
are also needed to help offset event costs! Download the

Should I get my bike inspected?
Yes. A bike inspection consists of full inspection of your bicycle's ability to
complete a 62 mile ride. Free inspections will be conducted by all official
LIVELONG Benefiting LIVESTRONG Bike Shops. Check our
website for participating bike shops and a list of LIVELONG Benefiting
LIVESTRONG Bike Shop Sponsored Activities.

Registration and Packet Pickup will open both Saturday, October 1st and Sunday, October 2nd at 5:00 am.
Our bike shops are only equipped to perform minimal repairs the weekend of the ride
so please get you bike inspected before you ride.
